We finally finished with all the messy work on a rusty hull.  We thought this day would never come. 

The next step was the sandblasting of the inside and outside of the hull. 

A team of family members and freinds were involved in this task which had to be completed in a short period in order to prepare the hull for painting.

Enfin les travaux salissants de soudure sur la quille rouillée sont terminés. Nous ne croyions plus que ce jour arriverait. Il y a tout de même 4 ans qui se sont écoulées depuis l'arrivée du bateau à la maison.

Prochaine étape le sablage au jet. Une équipe composée de membres de la famille et d'amis sont venus nous prêter main forte pour cette tâche qui devait s'accomplir rapidement avant la peinture.
